We have built up a wonderful reputation and following over the years. Our cottage-homes have proven to be quite popular and the locations are ideal for exploring the coast of Maine.
We also have many “Repeat Guests” who book with us year after year for which we are grateful, but with this in mind, we suggest that you make your reservations as soon as your vacation travel plans are known in order to get your preferred dates.
We generally rent Saturday to Saturday but have some flexibility…We will also will do part weeks or short weeks… We try to stay flexible relative to your needs.
And just as an aside, we don’t like to “load-up” a cottage with more people than it can comfortably accommodate. Your comfort is our primary concern.

DEPOSIT POLICY
- We accept most major credit cards.
- We will take a check.
- We’ve been known to take cash.
- And sometimes we’ve sealed the deal with just a handshake.
- We try to make it simple.
- We request a 50% deposit at the time of making your reservation.
- Balance due at checkout.

- Should you have to cancel, for any reason, we refund your deposit, provided we are able to re-rent the cottage for the same dates.
- We don’t get involved in additional security deposits or lease agreements per se, other then sending you a confirmation of the details.
