The location is perfect for experiencing all the coast of Maine has to offer from Camden, to Rockport, Belfast and beyond. It is also well located for easy "day tripping" to Acadia National Park and the Bar Harbor area.
The Ile Vue Cottage is a modern shorefront home built in 1993 with every convenience for a perfect vacation experience. While it is a newer home, it offers a very traditional styling, individual character and loads of coastal charm. The cottage is set on 4 private acres with over 200 feet of usable shore frontage. You are just a stones throw from the water, maybe closer!
The home offers a wood beamed open floor plan, living room with fireplace, fully applianced & modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a view of the activities on the bay and to islands beyond from just about every window. There is also a wonderful wrap around deck to sit outside and enjoy a sunrise with your morning coffee or an evening sunset and glass of wine.

Each Maine "shingled cottage" is ideal for a
couple, yet comfortable for a small family or two couples traveling
together. Our self-catered housekeeping cottages are well equipped
including a galley kitchen for light cooking. Each unit is well supplied
with towels and linens....as well as a living/dining area with a wood
burning fireplace, full modern bath, heat, air conditioning and smoke
detectors for your safety. For the comfort of our guests, all cottages are
"non-smoking". Wireless internet connection available by the day or by the week (additional charge for this service through the internet provider).
Each cottage is nestled back from the
main road, in a wooded setting with open fields to the front. The cottages
are well situated to provide a wonderful sense of privacy with over 60
acres of woodland trails to explore and enjoy right behind your private
guest house.
